We are always more than happy to answer any and all questions our customers have! But to save some time, here are a few frequently asked questions that may be helpful if you’re looking to buy, sell or attend an event at The Gamez Block!

  • Our pricing is based on things like rarity, condition and fair market value. We use multiple different sources when pricing our games, systems and accessories, but we always try to give the customer the most fair deal they can find.

  • While we will take a lot of things, there is a limit on what we can take in. There are a few different factors that determine if we will take in a trade that have to do with things like current stock, market demand and condition. It’s best to check our “Sell Your Games” page to see what the current need is and prices!

  • Our focus on customer experience and making sure you get the best service around are what set us apart. We try to accommodate everyone and make sure you feel like you belong in our community of gamers!

  • Bring it back! We will either exchange it or fix it for you if possible. We never want someone to leave with a defective item and we will do our best to fix what you’ve bought with our experienced team of technicians!

  • When we host a tournament, all you have to do is show up! We have multiple experienced tournament organizers that we work with that put these events on and make it as smooth as possible whether you’re an experienced player or a first time participant. Always check the sign up page of the tournaments for more info on if you need to bring anything like a controller.

  • We all know that love is a mystery and knows no master. We all are at the whims of that force that moves the world in its own ways. But as far as the employees are concerned, God Help You if it’s Chris.
